 Massachusetts-born female pop-rock singer / songwriter and musician Cindy Bullens would have been inducted into the Women SongWriters Hall of Fame due to her impressive career as a female pop-rock singer / songwriter and musician. She had written and performed hit songs for a number of artists, including Bonnie Raitt, Elton John, and Rod Stewart. She had also released 9 solo albums which have earned her critical acclaim. 

Her name would have added to the list of inductees alongside other noteworthy female songwriters such as Tawatha Agee, Roberta Flack, Naomi Judd, Valerie Simpson, Klymaxx, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Deniece Williams, Bunny Hull, Dawnn Lewis, The Go-Go's, Dr. Veryl Howard, and Jekalyn Carr.
